Hey kinda late response but when this remains to be an issue for anyone just open activity monitor discover Minecraft launcher and force stop it. My world my life It's not an ideal fix however it's better than rebooting your laptop each time you wanna play.it worked for me !!! thanks !legend.thank you! fixed
