It's time to expose the truth that many MMO players don't yet realize: All DPS players are sharks. You might be wondering why so many DPS are addicted to the mantra "GOGOGO" because they know that slowing down for even an instant will cause them to die. They must keep killing and swimming. This is what MMOs do to the sharks. Don't ask a shark how they are capable of typing or playing the game. You just need to realize that a rogue who will not wait for the tank or the healer or even the other DPS will do what he does. He is a shark. One of the Massively staff members could be a shark, however I'm unable to confirm or say it is. Perhaps they will reveal his or her status in this week's WRUP. Perhaps it's just our usual roundup on our weekend plans. You'll never know until you read further, although you should share what you're doing in the comments section whatever the case. @Beau_Hindman I'm definitely playing more State of Decay. The game is fantastic and easily is one of my top choices for single player games of the year. For MMORPGs I'm experimenting with the limits of Minecraft's MMO-ness, I'll be enjoying the latest patch of DC Universe Online, and I'll also be getting some action in Neverwinter which I believe is one of the most stunning and -sounding MMOs currently available. @nbrianna It's sure to be fun! @Eliot_Lefebvre: World of Warcraft is currently occupying my side game slot, and though there are many elements that I'm not completely happy with, I'm enjoying myself. Beyond that, there's bound to be more Final Fantasy XIV questing to play and various endgame events to get involved in, which is why that will be my main focus. @Sypster I don't have any big plans for the weekend. I'm currently in the pre-launch countdown mode for Lord of the Rings Online Helm's Deep. I'll likely try some more scenarios in The Secret World, and perhaps even play some of the World of Warcraft stuff the youngsters are raving about these days. @mvmatt: My weekend plans include schoolwork, soup, and -- If I'm lucky, some video games. I'll be playing Warhammer Online, to remind myself why it was abandoned and to reminisce about the wonderful things that nearly made it stay until the servers shut down next month. Apart from that I'd love to get some time in with Guild Wars 2 and The Secret World which are both games which I've been neglecting for quite some time. Maybe, just maybe, I'll be able to cap some fools in Battlefield 4. JUST ANOTHER SITE @MikedotFoster: This weekend I'm checking out the Three Spirits Dota 2 update. I'll also get returning to World of Warcraft; that Warlords of Draenor announcement has me up in the air again. @MJ_Guthrie - I'm planning to concentrate most my gaming time (and there will be some, sickness be damned!) trying to accomplish more in the battle against Filth in The Secret World. I am a sucker for the pet and bee suit so badly that I don't know how to earn enough tokens. But I will try! Did I mention I am stubborn? When I'm not working, I'll be playing a few scenarios and trying out new builds. I will also spend the weekend deciding which race to make my own Channeler in EverQuest II. I have it narrowed down to Ratonga and Kerra. JUST ANOTHER SITE Once I've got that, I will only require 30 hours to tweak the look. The name is only the beginning. @RichieProcopio: This weekend, I'll be drunk and hallucinating. No I'm not attending the frat house, but I'll be paying the tower of dreams an appearance in Guild Wars 2 and see what Scarlet and her new serpentine comrades have been doing in Kessex Hills. Oh and Hearthstone! Every weekend, we get together with Massively staff members to ask them "What are your most loved games?" (Otherwise known as: WRUP!) Join us for our gaming-related activities. You can also join us in the comments section to share your gaming experiences with us.
